Dealers’ Room/Artists’ Alley Hours:
Friday, February 7— 3 p.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday, February 8— 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
The vendor room and artists' alley for Kawa Kon 2016 is now closed.
Dealers are vendors selling goods that they didn't make or mass-produced copies of original works. . Artists are vendors selling their original artworks or small-run copies of their original works. Non-profit groups and convention advertising tables also fall under the realm of artists.
Badges and table fees are not refundable. If you have questions or concerns, please e-mail our Vendors Room Chair at fabrichoarder AT aol.com.
Our vendors room is larger than last year with access from a freight elevator behind the hotel. Information on how and where to load in will be emailed to you shortly before the convention.
Some non-profit and convention booths may be placed either in the hallway leading to the dealers' room or in the hallway in front of main events. Those tables are generally gotten in a trade with the con for ad space or a similar table. Please contact katrina AT kawakon.com if you'd like to get a club/convention table.
Rules for what can and cannot be sold in the dealers' room and artists alley are on the individual pages.
