Sponsorship and Advertising

Sponsorship is a unique opportunity for your company to help out a growing convention and reach your target audience. There are many ways to sponsor Kawa Kon.

Program Book Ads:

Kawa Kon's program book is handed to everyone who attends the convention. Leftover program books are used at our advertising tables at other conventions across the Midwest and are often picked up and browsed. Your program book ad will be seen by about 1500 people, all of them anime fans. If you wish to purchase a program book ad, please download this form and send it to the address listed. You can choose from several different sizes and prices, including some full color ads.

Prize Sponsorship:

At Kawa Kon, we give out lots of prizes. Most of them each year are sponsored by generous companies like yours. If you sponsor prizes, not only will the winners receive samples of your product (such as second volumes of manga or bags with your logo), but we will list your name as a sponsor in our program book and on our main events room PowerPoint slideshow. Premiums and "Freebies":

Every year, we have a "freebies" table where approved vendors can place fliers, posters, bookmarks, and other premiums for our attendees to pick up. You can send them to the address above or bring them yourself. All items must be approved by the con chair. Items you bring to the convention should be brought to the Kawa Kon Registration Desk.
