Artists' Alley is reserved ONLY for those who create their own artwork to sell. It is NOT a place to sell items that you buy and resell. Fan art is fine, but the selling of any sort of merchandise using actual images from a show or manga is not allowed.
Fan clubs and conventions can also buy artist tables to advertise.
