Artists must have made THEMSELVES (as in, the person signing up for the table and attending made the stuff OR they have sent a representative) all of the stuff at their table.  That includes homemade jewelry, costume pieces (and no, hiring a tailor to make a bunch of stuff for your table doesn't count), drawings, buttons, etc.  Everyone else is a dealer - anyone doing resale, anyone with a staff of people making all of their items, anyone who has mass-produced prints (runs of more than 500).

Things which may not be sold:

Any food which isn't pre-packaged, import snacks (meaning no Doritos and the like - only things like Japanese or British snacks)

Any beverages that aren't pre-packaged, import soft drinks

Bootlegs of any sort

Copies of anyone else's work (prints of other artists' work, etc.)

Alcoholic beverages

Anything illegal

Things which may be sold with certain stipulations:

Material displaying women's or men's privates (must be hidden from those under 18 while at the table and sold only to those 18 and older with ID)

Metal weapons (may only be sold to those 18 and older; bladed weapons may not be handled outside of a sheath by anyone except the vendor, must be peace-bound in a sheath or container)
